Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the 3WART Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Commission & Payouts
    Affiliates earn a standard commission of 30% on each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link. Commission rates may be adjusted or individually agreed upon at the sole discretion of 3WART.
    The minimum payout threshold is $50.
    Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s earnings.
    Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
  2. Tracking & Cookies
    We use a standard 30-day tracking cookie. Cookie duration may be extended or modified at the sole discretion of 3WART.
    If a referred customer makes a purchase within this period, the commission will be attributed to the affiliate, unless another affiliate link is used later.
    3WART does not guarantee 100% tracking accuracy due to browser settings, ad blockers, device limitations, or cookie restrictions.
  3. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations
    Commissions are only paid on completed, valid, and non-refunded transactions.
    If a sale is refunded, canceled, or charged back for any reason, the associated commission will be automatically voided or deducted from future payouts.
    3WART reserves the right to review and reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or irregular activity.
  4. Prohibited Activities
    Affiliates must not:
  • Purchase products using their own referral link (self-referrals)
  • Bid on branded keywords such as “3WART” or product names in paid advertising
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive practices
  • Misrepresent 3WART products, services, or pricing
  1. Tax & Legal Responsibility
    Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting, filing, and paying any applicable taxes related to their earnings.
    Affiliates are considered independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of 3WART.
    3WART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
  2. Privacy, Data & GDPR Compliance
    By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR where applicable.
    Affiliates must not collect, store, or process personal data of users without proper consent.
    Tracking technologies (such as cookies) are used to attribute referrals, and users may disable or restrict tracking through their browser settings.

  3. Termination & Changes
    3WART reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
    In cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, any unpaid commissions may be withheld.
    3WART reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
